Despite my repeated requests the SEC refused to declare that money deposited by an investor into their retirement or investment accounts belonged to the investor. Their refusal is based on a financial advisor's discretionary investment authority which gives the financial advisor 100% authority over their client's money and they can exercise their authority without the clients knowledge, consent or approval.
