Although the insider didn’t reveal who Jolie was jealous of, rumors continue to swirl regarding the chemistry, both on-screen and off, between Brad Pitt and his Allied co-star, Marion Cotillard.
“For a while, the excitement of getting married masked their troubles,” an insider told OK! Magazine, via Hollywood Life, “but lately, they’ve been having explosive fights. Neither of them is sure that they can or should, hang on anymore.”
According to the report, Cotillard may be a factor in the marriage issues of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and if Jolie were to find out that there was something going on between them, she would understandably be furious.
Jolie “barely eats, she guzzles wine every night and she smokes constantly,” the insider said. “Brad Pitt’s just exhausted from spending so much energy trying to get her to take better care of herself. It’s been hard to watch the woman he loves waste away.”
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie began filming 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith when he was still married to Jennifer Aniston, but that didn’t stop them from falling in love and in spring 2005, just weeks after Aniston filed for divorce, the couple went public with their romance during an outing with Jolie’s oldest adopted son Maddox, now 14, whom Pitt later adopted, in Kenya.

She is allegedly requesting physical custody of their six children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8. TMZ reported that Jolie requested that the Fight Club actor, 52, only get joint legal custody. She is not asking for spousal support.

Jolie reportedly filed for divorce because of "the way Brad was parenting the children" and "was extremely upset with his methods," according to the site.

The Tomb Raider actress is being represented by famed Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser, TMZ said.
