AZ is following Washington's lead. I am the 2nd Limited License Legal Technician - a nonattornney licensed to practice family law - licensed in Washington in 2015.

Sadly, with a new conservative majority Supreme Court and pressure from attorney-opponents - monopolists - Washington is rolling back its regulations. We in the profession are horrified

Arizona will be the lead state going forward. Good on them.
