2. A loud roar is still free speech. Breaking and entering and murdering a police officer, not so much.

IF THE ELECTION HAD TRULY BEEN STOLEN, THAT PIECE AND ONLY THAT PIECE, having "We The People" make noise outside would have been appropriate.

To use a crowd to overturn a valid election is sedition, insurrection or rebellion, take your pick. Still a violation of the Oath of Office which is to PROTECT the US, not harm it or use a violent mob to influence the outcome of a vote.
