the Judicial Crises Network - a right-wing conspiracy organization - is running misleading ads about Justice Goodson and is attacking Judge Hixon for having the temerity to join a majority decision in the Court of Appeals favoring a criminal accused. Mr. Sterling - the choice of the GOP establishment in what is supposed to be a non-partisan election - is alone in not being attacked.

What we have is the combination of an elected judiciary and Citizens-United coming to the inevitable result.
