Sorry but if anything, Colorado will go libertarian before it ever goes Republican again. Look at the mountains, an area which leans libertarian and green. Those are Dem voters, for now. The second though you elect a Dem who threatens the marijuana industry here in Colorado ( we know ALL Republicans do) you can kiss it adios.
Weld county, ya we have gas under the surface. We also have people who are lighting their damn water on fire. We also have a thing called Rocky Mountain Arsenal out towards Commerce City. When it was active, there was a fracking well there. Are you aware that the US Gov't closed it because of earthquakes? I bet you weren't.
