One thing you have to consider as management when you hire a large immigrant population for your workforce is the fact their culture also follows them.

I'll bet they were a strong and hardworking force. They probably showed up on time and when on the clock performed their tasks well. As part of their culture they asked for breaks to give homage to god for the blessings of the day.


I don't see anything wrong with this.
