5. Power back on in Rockfall (Middlefield) as of 7pm 8/8

It had been off since the storm. Eversource now says there are about 900 customers in Middlefield without power compared to 1800-ish at noon today.

I have solar panels on my house but, of course, they don’t work if the grid goes down. I need to look into adding a battery backup to the system that would keep power on during an outage like this. One other advantage: it would be quiet! There is nothing like trying to sleep with the buzz of a dozen portable generators going in the background.
