1. NJ bans smoking on beaches. Guess what? Nobody has died from it.

No emergency ambulance trips to hospitals due to shock about people not being able to smoke..

In fact, I believe smoking in N.J.is becoming increasingly rare.

Last night, coincidentally, at supper with friends, topic of smoking came up. I remarked that I couldn't recall the last time I saw someone smoking in public. No one at the table could, either.

Smoking in NJ public spaces is only allowed in casinos.
