I do not think these people will understand this great idea? I think conservative lack the simple cognitive abilities of a normal person. Many of the points in the plan would provide support for the common person. I think these type of supportive benefits would not be understood by many of the people (except the poor) in this state. I have only been to Atlanta and Augusta so I do not know much about the people in this state, but their ancestors stated the civil war and were on the losing side..........
