He was a regular PIA. I think I have posted about him before. He loved to make loud noises. He drove a vintage BMW with a loud muffler. He also had a motorcycle he would drive by on reeving the motor. He also flew remote controlled airplanes. He was very good at that. Unfortunately one was a jet. It looked and sounded like one. He would buzz the neighbors dogs with it. After a lot of complaints his landlord evicted him and he moved on to the next town north of us.

I am glad he pleaded guilty and hope they give him the maimum sentence and then order some type of mental health treatment.
