2. First time I remember a line when voting! And dingbats

I had my sample ballot ready to go. I was happy to see so many people voting! For some reason, the line to cast the ballot was backed up. While waiting there, I saw someone voting and using their phone. I'm guessing they had a list or something but the point is with such an ornery state claiming fraud and misconduct, every stinking rule needs to be followed. Poll workers didn't see it. On my way out, I heard the worker explaining to people going in that they couldn't use their phones so I told her they should probably remind the other workers to check because I just saw it happening.
