I knew my state would do the right thing.

I was the treasurer for my county's Democratic central committee for several years. I had to submit regular reports to the Illinois State Board of Elections. We had to report on funds raised and funds spent for regular expenses and funds given to candidates. The State Board of Elections was very professional and helpful no matter whom I spoke with. I cannot say enough about their good behavior and helpfulness to me and my committee.
