3. the huge mistake in the talk of Illinois property taxes, the excessive taxes are mostly in the

Chicago area, and those are caused by the taxes to the Chicago Public School system which PAYS for THEIR teachers and admin pensions....at the same time the same taxpayer's state income taxes pay for DOWNSTATE teachers and admin pensions....


throw in the 10's of thousands of taxing districts that Illinois has and no wonder, yet Illinois legislature is afraid to take on all these kingdoms, can a governor?


the savings to taxpayers would be huge to rid Illinois of the worthless townships and the 100's of millions of tax dollars they collect for services that counties are providing
