Cubs fan and Chicagoan. He had quite a sad history, though. He died young of leukemia.

He is one of the few to have his ashes scattered at Wrigley Field. It was done secretly, but I don't think anyone minds.

He also wrote, "A Dying Cubs Fan's Last Request," and "City of New Orleans."

I don't mean to hijack your thread. You do a great service here with your posts.
