2. Their tainted past is suspect...

Seems so like the current atmosphere of business in the state..
of "getting away with what you think you can"..let the law decide
if we are in violation of anything. Keep renewable energy in a state
of limited supply and demand..don't do like farmers and plant
so much that surpluses drive down prices...
Wonder if other states have utilities with this attitude..
