He'd do these smarmy little videos telling us why our overpriced cable sucked so much. When I saw him turn up as mayor of NOLA, I was shocked. Then when I saw that he showered and shaved his head on AF1 before going out to meet the desperate and unwashed, I made his slot on my shitlist a permanent one.
