2. Medicare for all.

Premiums for should be based on some combination of age and ability to pay. If Social Security is your only income or most of your income, premiums stay the same. If you're Warren Buffet, your premiums should be higher.

I oppose making Social Security a financial needs-based program, but I think different considerations apply to Medicare.

Does anyone think that is a bad idea?
