Teenager pleads guilty to murder in Davidsonville car burning

Then-18-year-olds Jonah Michael Poole, of Davidsonville, and Kylee Alyssa Dakes, of Harwood (WBFF)
(WBFF) — A 19-year-old pled guilty to first-degree murder charges in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, officials said.
Jonah Michael Poole, 19, was charged in relation to the death of Edward Stephen Koza, 67, on May 24, 2025.

Investigators alleged Poole and Dakes attacked and restrained Koza before leaving him in his truck and setting it on fire.
Dakes and Poole were seniors at Southern High School at the time of the incident.
