All one needs to know is,read about the Down Winders of Nevada,Utah,Idaho as well as Arizona. The Radiation Plume does not stay localized one damn bit.

Several of the Underground Tests have gone rouge and launched Radiation into the Jet Stream and these particulates have been found in soil samples in the midwest and Canada.

The last Test at the Mercury Nevada site was a rouge,and it spread Radiation within minutes across Southern Utah to Wyoming .
