3. Am in upstate and downstate

When Common Core was a city thing, upstate was wall to wall billboards, your child is not a number. Since then, downstate ie. the teachers, have been fighting it, so upstate and downstate came together.

A GPS is generally a pain upstate. By one house, half the roads are dirt, by another, it takes you to a ferry that is not running to cross the lake.
