6. That's what the handful of MAGAs said about the few hundred of us who came to the local protest

Over caging kids at the border. And this was a protest where I saw numerous people who I knew - and later found out that a fellow DUer who I knew lives just south of here was also there! We were both sorry we didn't know since we've never met - yet!

And that's also what they were saying about the local people who worked on Congressman Scott Murphy's campaign. He was the local guy (lives about 2 miles from me, I pass his house on a regular basis) who ran to take Kirsten Gillibrand's place after she was appointed to replace Hillary Clinton as senator. I worked on both of his campaigns (he won the first and lost the second ) and I liked him tremendously. And not only did I run into people I knew there - but I was reunited with a few I used to work with and some I remembered from school back in the day!
