How to do this is to get the State Legislature to pass this Bill for all Liquor By the Drink. State Computers will track all downloads from the Business to Safe Serve one drink every 24 hours. After 24 hours, the ID will be deleted. There are no saved IDs.
What this will do to help the DWI, DUI, Police, Jail, Prison, Fire Rescue, Ambulance, Hospital, Doctors, Nurses, Judges, State Court, Lawyers, Family, and Insurance.
