2. There's a tricky thing about that

The PA Drivers License (if you provide that) will be used to check your signature on the ballot. Please beware that the signature on your ballot needs to look like the signature on your PADL.

It seems like a no-brainer I know, except for many years we had to sign on that little computer screen for the Driver's License verification. I could never get my digital signature on the little screen to look like my real signature, even after trying over and over. (I'm left-handed so maybe that's part of the problem.) For that reason I've never shown my DL for identification, I have always used my U.S. Passport that has a real "true" signature on it. Maybe it's a problem for you, I don't know. It has certainly been a problem for me and many others.
