This “long held tradition in the city of Philadelphia” and so called “hobby” stuff is nonsense.
The drivers of these vehicles menace the roadways and cause danger to other drivers.
I’ve watched one on an ATV do a wheelie down the center of Chestnut St!
Often times the drivers are underage, as well. Not to mention the noise pollution they cause.
