thought he saw a deer in his neighbor’s driveway, realized he had not had enough hunting and shooting yet, so decided to shoot what must have been a very tall looking deer, with a handgun (really?), in a residential area, and actually shot a man in the head. And we’re supposed to believe that utter nonsense?
