should disqualify a guy in charge of huge budget amounts of taxpayer dollars and other rules of law issues including State election issues. Submitting the form does not necessarily mean he intended to sign it and it was swept into the process by others or that he did not agree with the Terms of Service, or he would like to blame someone else or something else for failure to perform a signature on the required form. I'm sure a legal discovery process might yield motivation and process of distraction. See--Oops, sorry folks, I meant to call FEMA for timely emergency funding but I did not sign the form, and now you're all screwed. My fault entirely that you have no funds to keep your insurance en force and now your home is lost. I'll get right on fixing this for you cuz I have the power, and the glory of being your Governor?
Pretty petty if you ask me, but the GOP has no shame nor conscience when it comes to pettiness! Just send it back and ask him if he intended to sign it and wants to be on the ballot as a candidate. Wouldn't they want that same consideration in a one-on-one contest?
