The Federalist Society is behind "critical race theory" obsession, is behind the anti-voter laws in the states. The Federalist Society picks the SC justices and lower court judges.

Christopher Wray is a member of the Federalist Society, went to law school with Brett Kavanaugh.

There is no proof that Merrick Garland is a member of the Federalist Society but he did take part in 10 or 11 of its events.
