I'm a Pierce Co resident and I welcome any upgrades to Pierce Transit. The 0.3% sales tax increase is not that much to pay for increased service for our area. One of those new routes is within bicycle and walking distance of my house, and means I can visit my cardiologist in Tacoma while leaving my gas guzzler parked in the driveway. And the Meridian 402 bus to the light rail in Fed Way is MUCH more convenient if offered every 30 minutes instead of every hour. I'll be a happy rider!
