... what the population trend in WV is. Is the population going down as each year passes? Because it just looks to me like they are trying to run people out of the state. They're certainly not doing anything to keep them there. Looks to me like they are going to have to move the capitol somewhere else, because I don't know how much of these disasters the residents of Charleston can take. I'd be afraid to set off fireworks over the Kanawha River on the 4th of July, lest the place go up in flames! My heart goes out to you all. Your state has been derailed right out from under you.
