3. Apparently the damn/locks could fail on lake Mendota...

...if they dont open them up. Mendota is about 5 feet higher then Lake Monona from what I remember. They have to release more water via the Yahara River into Monona and its 2" over historical high now. The Yahara is about 20 blocks east of the capital.

They are sandbagging along the Yahara and other places. Hopefully all will be good.
