up w/ who did so and what actions the incoming admin. took to stop the theft of power/stripping away of govern. power from the governor. I know of NC is one of the states, but I thought that there was another state.

What a sorry state (literally) of affairs...it literally does sound like the edicts that a one party dictatorship would put in place. UnAmerican.
