What is the logic of this move? She doesn't want to admit men to the ladies lounge so she counters by putting art in the ladies bathroom. Is this because she believes that a ruling that finds men cannot be excluded from viewing the art in a ladies lounge would be hard pressed to decide in the same way if the argument is further applied to a ladies bathroom where men are customarily not allowed. Or, is she trying this counterplay to show that some areas are okay to limit access to only one gender.
