Lived here for 67 years now and can safely say Alberta is the dumbest place in Canada.
They elected the woman who thought she had the power to grant pardons, like a US president. This dimwit was a "political commentator" with her own talk radio program for several years and still didn't know the powers of the premier. Even *I* knew.

The unmasked and the anti-vaxxers are "the most discriminated against people in Alberta", according to the dimwit because people should have the right to spread disease and death without government mandates and interference.

Dimwit Smith on university behaviour codes: “It is perfectly reasonable [to] expect its students to refrain from practices that are biblically condemned, and sign a pledge not to get drunk, swear, harass, lie, cheat, steal, have an abortion, practise the occult, or engage in sexual sins such as premarital sex, adultery, homosexual behaviour and viewing of pornography.”
