3. We often have warnings and rarely have tornados but have to take it seriously.

Only once since I lived here did we get a warning in our neighbourhood and I remember watching it coming towards us. Got my grandchildren all into the basement ( they were more excited than scared). It didn't touch down until it was out of town so no damage, it was my one and only. We do often get strong winds.
