Independance movement to threaten the rest of the country. He also stop allowing public schools in Alberta to use the word "public". Doug Ford is too obvious in his Trumpian degeneration of liberal democracy. Kenney does it in the authoritarian cadence that stops some people from thinking about things like liberal democracy.
