Just recently I posted in another forum about the sheer amount of archaeology in the UK; Industial age on top of Medieval on top of Saxon on top of roman ......etc etc

I was born in the UK but don't think that we in Oz or those in the US can really appreciate the history contained in practically every square metre of soil that exists in parts of Europe.
