While Ryan-D is a much better and stronger candidate than Vance-R. OH is a red state and in the 2022 OH Gubernatorial Election- DeWine-R is favored to win.

Battleground states with Democrats winning both the 2022 Governors and US Senate Election.

AZ US SEN(Kelly-D)
GA GOV (Abrams-D)???
GA US SEN(Warnock-D)
NV GOV(Sisolack-D)
NV US SEN(Cortez Masto-D)
PA GOV(Shapiro-D)
PA US SEN(Fetterman-D)
WI GOV(Evers-D)
WI US SEN(Barnes-D)

OH will be in the same category as NH.
Republicans winning the Governors Election. Democrats winning the US Senate Election.
