Glenn-D and Metzenbaum-D left the US Senate voluntarily.
Brown-D is not a lifetime serving US Senator.
Brown-D could leave the US Senate after serving 30 years in the US Congress(14 in the US House/16 in the US Senate) to become Governor for the next 8 years.
