I met Gary Peters at a fundraiser back in 2018. Very nice guy. Hard working. Intelligent.

John James, who has tried twice to be elected as one of two senators from Michigan, has no
political experience. Personally, I think you need to work yourself up, at least a bit, to running for senator. He's a rich guy from Detroit who was in the army? air force? one of the two and as
far as I can tell, that is his only accomplishment. Even being a black guy from Detroit, wasn't enough to get him elected. I just want him to go away.

Now we have to work to keep Gretchen Whitmer and the republicans are already looking for
someone to unseat her. Some trump clone, no doubt.

I wish we could find someone to unseat Peter Meijer.
