By the way, there is video on the "remarks" link - along with the transcript. http://www.state.gov/secretary/remarks/2016/05/257193.htm if you mean the State Department lunch - as opposed to dinner.

Like the Oxford Union speech and the NE speech and other recent talks, he seems very happy here -- and each of the leaders almost competed to praise him more than the others. In the nastiness that seems to enveloped Politics 2016, it is just so good to hear and see Kerry speak.
