9. what would make sense to do w cash in money market funds, either in Vanguard or Fidelity please??

I was looking for a way to invest in some other stable country like Switzerland or maybe in euro. I wish I understood these things better. I realize it's not wise to take investment advice from some unknown person on the Internet, but I feel like I know who to trust here so thanks for entertaining my question. Aloha.
