I hesitated to even ask a question because for the last six months or so the answers have always included a healthy peppering of “donʻt trust anybody on the Internet for financial advice”, but I don’t understand these things at all and when I try to read it, it’s like trying to decipher hieroglyphs while sinking in quicksand. (Alien hieroglyphics. Upside down.)

Anyhow, I am thankful for your recommendations. I will go read it. I have to say I don’t think politics is a Chyron game anymore either, that’s why we are in trouble, because they’re great at reducing an idea to the most monosyllabic brain probe that pokes at fear and identity, but we say “on the one hand” and “on the other hand” and, things are freaking complicated you know?
