Actually, I both crave and fear greater responsibility and accountability. On one hand, I have a lot of knowledge and talent and I would love to be the one who has primary responsibility for implementing policy and communicating vision. On the other hand, I tend to obsessively worry about everything and I wonder about my emotional capacity to be the one with whom the buck stops.
