10. My friend that works at Target in Long Beach wrote me this about paper bags

Paper bags are in Target as of the 1st. Not great for rainy days with wet carts and wet items. You can't pack as much because of heavy items. The leaky items that happen usually would have been put in plastic bags, but now there are not any, so dilemma.

For myself, I ordered a couple of hard bottom foldable waterproof totes that are like a box with handles. I have canvas and reusable plastic or wax clothed bags too.
