I doubt that the DA will even reopen the case against that horrible woman, and even if he does, the chances of her doing jail time are "slim to none"

I wish her neighbors would file a lawsuit against her for damages...because it was their beloved pet that she killed; but I doubt if that will happen either.

(I don't think she had any "legal bills" because the case never did go to trial)
