2. And I know as a citizen of the USA I am not affected much by what happens in the UK

But I fear that if we do not take notice of what is happening in the UK news media, the same thing could very well happen here in the USA where the media could decide to team up with the right with their war on trans people.

It wasn't that long ago that Leslie Stahl created a trans hit piece on 60 minutes and faced no lasting reprucussions:
