Too bad the state of MO can't just let them BE a lovely family and raise thir children in peace!

This (the part in bold) made my blood boil:

"There just aren't that many trans kids and there aren't that many people who know a trans kid. And so it's so easy to demonize," said Daniel Bogard. His wife added that she's been told by state senators during legislation hearings that "I don't love my child enough, that he is the way he is because I didn't love him enough as his mom."

Fuck those bastards!

Has Missouri also outlawed traveling to a different state for gender affirming care? Being in St. Louis, they are right across the river from Illinois, a state where we have been enacting laws to protect trans kids like the Bogards' son. I hope they will be able to get care for him one way or another before puberty kicks in.
