religious taboos, added a cruel and unnecessary, lifelong punishment to this child victim of rape. The War on Women is written in laws that exalt the viewpoints of men and enshrine their domination over women and other lesser beings.

There is no excuse for the ethically impotent State officials who victimized this child a second time by sentencing her to endure a forced pregnancy to soothe religious angst.
