There are products that seem to turn a wheelchair into something looking like a motorcycle. [View all]

I've decided to take my supplement money, (and maybe a little more) and buy one for my cousin in Ontario who has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair.

The thing is, the price goes from $7,000's to one here on Amazon for $750.

And then this one is a mear $4,131 ! And somewhere I saw one for over $7,000

I would like to know if anyone knows anything about these things. Why is one so cheap and others so damn expensive. I had said OK to one about $3,350 and that is the most I can go.

I also wonder if I can get one used in Canada. I live in FL and of course I can't travel there now but there must be vehicles for getting used motorcycle type wheelchairs.

I'm thinking maybe I should just contact a company or a non-profit group for information. Any directions would be greatly appreciated.
